In this 30-minute Research Spotlight CEU, BCBAs Elizabeth Sullivan and Anna Borders explore how play programs can be made more effective, individualized, and engaging using pinpointing, component-composite analysis, and instructional design. Participants will learn to define and measure pretend-play behaviors, build developmentally appropriate play goals, and apply research-aligned strategies to increase generalization and fluency in clinical sessions.
This CEU is part of Bierman Autism Centers’ new Clinical Research & Innovation Lab Spotlight series, focused on translating emerging research into meaningful, practical tools for clinicians.
