Jessica Rydberg, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA (Moderator)

With over 20 years of experience, Jessica has worked with a wide range of learners in homes, public and private schools, and clinics. She earned her Behavior Analyst certification in 2014 and holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College.
Jessica began her career as a special education teacher in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, she has held various roles, including behavior specialist, behavior analyst, training coordinator, quality coordinator, and, most recently, Director of Supervision. In this role, she has led the development and implementation of multiple BCBA trainee supervision programs, collaborating with universities, trainees, and students across the United States.
